Twelve years ago, Frank began his career with Crossfield Heating & Air Conditioning. Starting as a Service Technician and then promoted to the sales team as a Comfort Consultant. Throughout his time in installation and service, Frank gained extensive experience and knowledge of state of the art heating and air conditioning technology solutions. He also learned what is important to his customers – Quality Service, Products and the Confidence they are working with a company that places an emphasis on integrity.
Frank’s professionalism and ethics assures his customers they will receive the most cost effective solution and the highest quality service they expect and deserve.
For each project, no matter how large or small, from the initial customer contact to the actual installation, Frank stays in close contact with the customer and with Crossfield’s installation team. With this high level of communication a smooth completion to the project and complete customer satisfaction is assured.
A Rochester native, Frank resides in Webster with his family, which includes a 7 year old son and 3 year old twins – a boy and a girl.
Frank is also an avid motorcyclist and a golf enthusiast.

This former United States Marine is a 3rd generation heating and air conditioning specialist. Bart has been an installer and a service tech before he became a comfort advisor, so just like all the greats, he learned from the ground up.

Bart’s work ethic has become legendary in this field, which he contributes to being a Marine. He continually works seven days a week and usually is the first to arrive and the last one to leave. He’s been known to be at a client’s house as early as 5 in the morning to as late as 11pm.
